The activities of Ceteles OÜ date back to 1989, when the cooperative KSK started its operations on November 7. The year 2015 brought unexpected upheavals and changes on Tartu’s real estate market, as a result of which Ceteles OÜ was formed.

Ceteles OÜ currently specializes in construction project management and real estate development. We mediate the services of subcontractors to the customers, while taking the ultimate responsibility.

Our goal is to offer our customers satisfaction, a sense of security and provide quality service. Our work is based on the requirements of the standards of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015 and the environmental management system ISO 14001: 2015, as well as the occupational health and safety management system ISO 45001: 2018.

Under the leadership of the company’s managers, multiple projects have been completed all over Estonia, as well as apartment buildings close to Tartu.

We have supervised the completion of apartment buildings on Vaarika Street in Tartu, as well as on Pärna Alley in Raadi near Tartu. During the years 2015-2020, apartment buildings at Kaupmehe Street 11, 13, 15 and 16 were completed.
